Abstract: Fragmentation event resulting from in-orbit breakup of a satellite spawn multifarious debris particles which emanate from the source resulting in the distribution of velocities. However, the fragments generated from the event undergo certain perturbations in their velocities under the influence of the intensity and cause of the event.
