Abstract: Silver metal nano-particles (MNP) have been synthesized by chemical methods with acrylic acid- acryl amide (AA) copolymer as mediating agent. Formation and interaction of silver metal nano- particles with AA copolymer has been confirmed by ultraviolet–visible (UV-VIS), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) techniques. Thermal and morphological properties of the composite have been studied by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) techniques.
