Abstract: Out of 36 sheep in a flock, 14 were showing signs of scabies including alopecia, crusts formation with superficial skin fissures, hyperkeratosis and itching. Distribution of the lesions was noticed over the nose bridge, around the muzzle and margins of the ear pinna. Microscopic examination of the skin scrapings revealed the presence of adult mites of Sarcoptesscabie. The affected sheep were separated from healthy groups and divided into two groups. …
