  Wilson Current Mirror Based Energy Efficient Level Shifter

  Abstract: AbstractLevel shifter plays a key role in modern electronics circuits in order to have higher efficiency. A circuit may contain parts that are working at two voltage levels. So a level shifter converts a subthreshold voltage level to a threshold voltage level. Multivoltage systems utilize the advantage of level shifters.
