Abstract: AbstractCarbon nanotube Field Effect Transistors (CNTFET) offer various benefits as compared to other FETs. Many circuits can be constructed using PCNTFETs (P-type CNTFET) and NCNTFETs (N-type CNTFET) similar to the PMOS and NMOS of the CMOS technology.
